We take full responsibility for ensuring that your order will be made per the instructions you gave us. Notify us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will either repair/replace the product or give you a full refund (less shipping costs). We reserve the right to either repair/replace or refund the purchase price on any custom made products that are made incorrectly due to an error on our part.
We always endeavor to be fair and come up with a creative solution that is mutually satisfactory. We do this because we want our customers treated with the respect they deserve. If the solution we come up with is not satisfactory you can of course return the merchandise for a full refund (less shipping costs); guaranteed. If you cancel your order prior to our shipping it, and we have already cut the fabric, we will process your refund less $18 handling cost per item.
Any items to be returned must be postmarked from your location within 30 days of receipt and be in "New" condition and suitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to deduct damages on any items returned that are not suitable for re-sale. Before you return an item please contact us and we will provide you with Return Shipping Instructions, these instructions will explain how your shipment needs to be sent to in order to clear Thai Customs.
