The process starts with our master craftsman hand cutting a pattern based on your specific measurements. Each customer gets their own pattern so each customer's shirts are unique and hand tailored just for them.

Our tailors mostly sew the shirts using single needle stitching of 20+ stitches per inch. Single needle stitching requires our tailor to sew twice along the seams with a single needle which makes the seams very durable and barely noticeable. Shirts are stitched in about 1/8" from the edge for better durability; although edge stitching is available upon request.

Our button holes are created using an automated process that spaces the holes uniformly. Our buttons are custom manufactured using Mother of Pearl/Resin, which gives them a beautiful finish and makes them impact resistant. The buttons are attached to the fabric using cross-stitching which helps them absorb wear and tear better.

Just like the rest of the shirt each collar is also hand cut. The collar is also hand turned using a two piece construction. The collars are double-fused using a special machine that gives them both softness and durability.

Other processes are also performed to ensure the quality of your shirts. The top has a two-piece split shoulder yoke that is attached to both the front and the back of the shirt. We also provide an additional button on the Gauntlet for a better fit around the forearms.
